Terms And Conditions

At Raindrop Car Wash, we offer unlimited monthly car wash subscriptions that automatically renew each month. As a member of our Unlimited Club, you can enjoy a daily car wash throughout the month. You can cancel your membership any time before your recharge date by informing us at least 7 business days in advance.

Members who received a discount on a previous plan are not eligible for new discounts until 365 days after the previous plan ended. Violations may result in full-price charges and/or a termination fee.

Please note that we don’t offer refunds for mid-month cancellations. Either you or Raindrop Car Wash can terminate the plan with notice. We will charge your credit or debit card on the enrollment date every month. If the charge fails, we will attempt to process it again.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel Unlimited Drip Club plans or memberships at our discretion, with any rate changes posted at least 30 days in advance.

We may terminate memberships if charges are declined in the credit card processing system. We may terminate unlimited accounts for abuse and/or safety concerns, with or without notice. Promotional offers may occasionally arise, valid once per account, and re-enrolled accounts will be subject to regular rates.

You can manage your subscription by visiting our location, using our online portal at Manage Membership, or contacting our Customer Service at here.

In some circumstances, such as equipment issues, maintenance, upgrades, power outages, inclement weather, and other events, service availability may be affected, leading to location closures during holidays. To ensure safety, please follow our Vehicle Restrictions under our Help Center page.

By providing your mobile phone number and email address, you consent to Raindrop Car Wash contacting you for your membership management and important updates on services and promotions. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to a text from us or clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in an email.
