Upon arrival, an attendant will greet you and help you choose the appropriate wash. As a member, you’ll have access to the Members Only Lane for quick entry, where the gate arm will lift automatically. A team member will guide you into the car wash conveyor, instruct you to go into neutral, take your foot and hand off the brake and wheel, and then prepare your front and back windshields. Once you’re ready, your car will go through multiple stages of treatments, rinses, and coatings to get it cleaned, shiny, and dried.

Damages are very rare at Raindrop Car Wash. However, in the rare event that your vehicle incurs damage at any of our locations, please inform an attendant on site. They will gather the necessary information and photos of the damage, which will then be forwarded to our Customer Experience Team. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response or resolution via email.

How do I cancel my unlimited Membership Plan?

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled after request?
For processing time, any updates to your membership plan including cancellation will be completed within 7 working days.
Do you offer refunds?
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made in the middle of the month. Your credit or debit card will be charged on the enrollment date of each month.
What if I change my mind to stay on my plan after I submit my cancellation request?
